If the product is not as you have thought, you have 10 days to return it. 

Once the return process has been successfully completed and the return terms and conditions are met, we are obliged to refund you within 15 days.

The procedure is simple. You call Speedex courier and after giving the package you note the package ID and request a receipt.

When we receive the product we will refund the money to the bank account of your choice. We will need your email and your iban and the name of the beneficiary. In the amount we will return to you we will deduct 4,5€ which is the cost of the courier. If you have a cooperation with another courier or you want to return it to our physical shop you will not be charged with the return cost.  

It’s important to send the sales receipt of your purchase as otherwise we can not refund your money.

If you don’t have the sales receipt we could send you products of equal value of the returned product. 

All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging in not damaged. Return all items with original packaging if possible and the tags must still be attached. 

Note: you as the customer has the financial responsibility for your return coming to us. 

The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear etc. 

If you want to exchange to another size the procedure is simple. Place a new order and return the unwanted item. 

If you purchased your item at a special price please contact us. Add the sales receipt to the package. 

Pack it carefully as it was and call Speedex.
